Smart Good Enterprises Ltd. was established ( incorporated in HK ) in Sept. 1994. Initially, we are engaged in the business of sales and distribution of electronic passive components such as chip capacitors and resisters. At that time, we are one of the distributors of various electronic components for Samsung Hong Kong Limited, a multinational co***ny, (now known as Samsung Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited), for both the Hong Kong and PRC markets. Subsequently, we have expanded our business in response to customers¡¯ requirements by commencing the sales of TN LCD products.
In Sept. 1997, we have developed our 1st TN LCD production line (JuRong Smartech Display Co. Ltd.) at Economical Development Zone, Xihuan Road, Jurong City, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, PRC.
In Dec. 2001, we further invested and developed 2nd TN LCD production line ( DongGuan Smart Good Electronics Co., Ltd.) at the Second Industrial Zone, Xiangiang, Changan, Dongguan City, PRC.
In view of the growing popularity of LCD technology led us to expand the existing LCD manufacturing capabilities into STN LCD. In Dec. 2002, we have established our 3rd production line (JuRong Smart Good Electronic Technology Ltd.) at Economical Development Zone, Jurong City, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, PRC.

In August 1998, our Group¡¯s associated co***ny, JuRong Smartech Display Co. Ltd. was awarded "Jiangsu High Technology Products¡± by Jiangsu Technology Institute.
In October 1999, our Group¡¯s associated co***ny, Smartech Ju Rong was awarded ISO 9002 certificate by SGS

In Dec ,2005 JuRong Smartech was awarded ISO 14001:2004 certification by INTERTEK SYS
